Fractionals United® exists to support current and aspiring fractional leaders — a space to connect, collaborate, and learn from each other. I built it after a decade working fractionally myself, seeing what was missing: real community, shared resources, and the kind of support that makes fractional work sustainable.

How I Got Here
I spent a decade as a fractional COO and workflow consultant before founding Fractionals United® — designing operations systems that fit the company's stage and team, and freeing the CEO to focus on their strengths. That same RightSized thinking informs how I approach work, leadership, and life.
